FAQ

Questions? We've got answers.

Everything you might want to know before handing us the keys to your yard.

No. As long as we can access the yard, you don't need to be there. Many of our customers are at work during their route day.

Just tell us how to get in — a gate code, an unlocked latch, or a key we can keep on file. We'll note it on your account so it's handled every visit.

Let us know on the lead form. If your dog can be aggressive with strangers, flag it — that tells Michael exactly what he's walking into so everyone stays safe. You can also note whether it's OK to give your dog a treat.

We haul it off-site and dispose of it in compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. We never dump it in your trash can — which is what most competitors do, and it can violate your trash service agreement.

We serve Western, Central & Southern Maryland — Frederick, Hagerstown, Gaithersburg, and the DC suburbs. Check the service-radius map on our Contact page, or just send your address and we'll confirm.

We work in most conditions. Heavy storms or short winter daylight may shift your visit to the next available route day. We don't promise same-day service — we'd rather be honest about capacity.

Residential plans are billed monthly via Stripe subscription. One-time cleanings are billed per visit. We keep the existing Stripe setup intact — no re-billing or migration of current subscribers.

We confirm your first appointment within 24 hours of your request. For recurring service, you'll get a regular route day.

Yes — that's part of the service. Michael flags and photographs anything unusual he finds in the yard so you can show your vet. It's one of the perks of an owner-operated scooper who pays attention.

Yes — one-time cleanings start at $50 per visit. Perfect for parties, seasonal resets, move-in/move-out, or that one weekend you'd rather not.
